Upcoming Events in Narromine Shire

The Golden Oldies Truck Club's 3^rd Annual Truck and Tractor Show

On Friday 25^th July a contingent of approximately fifteen trucks will leave Dubbo for a mini rally to Brocklehurst then Narromine to visit the Narromine Aviation Museum and Wright Flyer. Lunch will be held in Dundas Park and the rally will then return to Dubbo.

If you appreciate vintage Commercial vehicles, tractors, vintage motorcycles you are guaranteed a fantastic and affordable weekend at the 3^rd Annual Golden Oldies Truck and Tractor Show at Dubbo Showground on 26^th and 27^th July 2008.

NARROMINE SHOW DEMOLITION DERBY

Narromine Agricultural Show is conducting a Demolition Derby at the 2008 Show. First Prize is $800.00, Second Prize $400.00 and Third Prize is $100.00. There is also a Crowd Pleaser Prize of $200.00.

Contractors are advised that the 2008/2009 Plant Registration Documents for the hire of works machinery are now available from Council for the period 1^st August 2008 to 30^th June 2009. To obtain a copy of the documentation, please contact Carissa Masling at Council's Engineering Department on 02 6889 9940, or collect from Council's Administration Building located at 124 Dandaloo Street, Narromine. The Registration Forms will be received no later than 2pm on Monday 21^st July 2008.
